Position Overview

As part of the Information Systems Division, you will become a vital member of the CRM team, taking on the role of Technical Leader for Adobe Marketing Campaign Management. This position is pivotal to our operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the backlog in collaboration with product owners.
  • Oversee the transversal architecture of Marketing Campaign Management as a key component of Sephora's Information Systems.
  • Lead the development team focused on Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Conduct reviews of development work.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Create intricate marketing campaigns using the Marketing Campaign Management system.
  • Lead IT workshops related to Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Act as the design and impact owner for Marketing Campaign Management initiatives.
  • Challenge and assess designs provided by external partners.
  • Own the IT testing strategy.
  • Execute and report on testing use cases.
  • Manage the IT data sets for testing purposes.
  • Oversee the strategy for load testing within Marketing Campaign Management.
  • Transfer IT project guidelines to operational teams.

Qualifications

We invite you to consider this opportunity if you possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of functional and technical experience with Adobe Campaign V7 (including Campaign and Message Center).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server 2014.
  • A curious, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
