Clinical Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Network Planner to join our Global Clinical Supply Chain Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the aggregate demand and supply plans for Drug Substance, Drug Product, and/or Finished Goods across our network.
Your expertise in clinical supply chain planning, combined with your ability to analyze complex data and drive decision-making, will be essential in ensuring the reliable and continuous supply of IMP from first-patient-in through completion of the clinical trial.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate and manage network-wide demand, supply, and capacity scenario analysis across different clinical technologies.
- Assess feasibility of plans by managing high-priority demand requirements and workflow, and communicate and escalate plans and risks as appropriate.
- Evaluate capabilities of current clinical supply chain assets to ensure alignment with future customer and Pharma portfolio requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Clinical Supply to ensure the effectiveness of CD&OP processes and manage sourcing processes to determine strategic decisions and guidance.
- Review performance metrics to drive improvement via CD&OP process in partnership with Clinical Supply Planning leadership.
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a minimum of 3 years in Clinical Supply Chain. You should have a deep understanding of clinical development, technical development teams, and senior management. Additionally, you should have expertise in clinical supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory planning, as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/4S HANA and OMP.
You should be an independent self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to lead ad-hoc teams and perform work without supervision. You should also have a proven collaborative and agile mindset, with the ability to positively influence key decision-makers.
