We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at ArcelorMittal. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a breakthrough decarbonization process for the steel industry.
With a strong background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial process operation and/or support. Your expertise in electrochemical industrial processes, maintenance, and stakeholder coordination will be invaluable in this role.
You will work closely with our R&D labs and engineering partners to industrialize the project, managing a specific pilot line and ensuring the validation of R&D solutions for large-scale industrialization.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, commissioning, and operation of the pilot facility, as well as the specification of evolutions or modifications to the pilot line.
Your Profile- Master degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process operation and/or support
- Experience in electrochemical industrial processes (electrogalvanizing, electrotinning, copper or zinc electrowinning or electrorefining...)
- Experience in maintenance
- Experience in coordinating internal and external stakeholders and sub-contractors
- Advanced levels of English and French
- Entrepreneurship, Pragmatism, Leadership, and driving force of proposals
