Job Opportunity: NTU International A/S is seeking an experienced Public Investment Management Specialist to contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine.
Main Objective: The main objective of this assignment is to provide on-site consultancy to relevant counterparts in Ukraine, supporting the implementation of the EIB/JASPERS mandate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine through on-site consultancy.
- Provide support to relevant counterparts in Ukraine, enabling investments for the recovery and reconstruction of the country.
- Collaborate with NTU International A/S team to achieve the objectives of the EU4U Initiative.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Public Investment Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is advantageous.
- At least 15 years of general working experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Public Investment Management sector.
- Proven experience working with public administrations and/or national organizations in the EU, and EU pre-accession countries.
- Familiarity with EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects (CBA), and international procurement standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of international experience in advisory.
- Specific experience in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine or Moldova.
