Within Société Générale Assurances, you will be part of the Information Systems Department of Global Banking & Investors Solutions. This department is responsible for providing the necessary IT resources and systems to the financing bank's business lines and support functions, ensuring competitive standards in technology, service quality, and cost efficiency.
You will join the Production, Practices & Process Steering Department, which aims to ensure and enhance production quality through the global deployment of ITIL practices (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Application Testing Management, etc.) to meet regulatory needs, continuously improve these practices, and manage cross-functional projects. Become a key player for Société Générale Assurances and our clients. This internship will allow you to lead and implement high-value projects for the department while gaining insights into IT service management.
Specifically, you will be involved in:
- Participating in the global and ongoing deployment of incident, problem, and request management processes (definition, training, monitoring indicators, compliance, risk management, etc.);
- Producing analyses, reports, and recommendations for top management and operational teams based on IT production data;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools supporting these processes, particularly the ITSM tool used across the group;
- Providing expertise on incident, problem, and request management processes to all our partners.
Are you the right fit?
- You are a student at the Bac +4/5 level in an Engineering School, Business School, or University with a specialization in Project Management or IT.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, curiosity towards data, and a rigorous and synthetic mindset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and organized, you are an effective communicator.
- You are fluent in English.
