We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Thermal Studies to join our team at ENGIE Solutions.
About the Job:
As a Project Manager - Thermal Studies, you will be responsible for managing technical and financial aspects of projects related to urban heat networks. You will work closely with the Director of Studies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and understand client needs
- Conduct technical and economic studies with the support of a study engineer
- Lead technical steering committees
- Challenge internal and external partners
- Determine investment amounts and operational budgets, as well as energy costs
- Research innovative solutions and propose new ideas
- Evaluate available subsidies (Heat Fund, CEE)
- Define the most relevant technical solutions (through pre-study technical and economic feasibility studies)
- Produce justifying documents for technical choices (calculations, technical memos, planning, etc.)
- Develop and animate the project business plan
- Present and defend proposed solutions to clients and our departments
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma in General Engineering with a specialization in thermal engineering, process engineering, or energy engineering. You must have over 3 years of experience in a study office or technical team with expertise in heat networks.
You should have a strong understanding of project financial aspects and be able to develop a business plan independently.
You should be autonomous, have a team spirit, and be recognized for your ability to meet deadlines.
