Position Title: Fixed Income Operations Manager

As a key player in the 'fixed-income' operational framework, you will oversee the functional supervision of production processes. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing Securities Operations (OST) linked to clearing and settlement/delivery functions.
  • Managing trading, clearing, and settlement/delivery workflows.
  • Conducting risk assessment and collateral oversight.
  • Administering reconciliation of securities and cash balances.
  • Facilitating the initiation and conclusion of clearing sessions.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in operational management within financial markets.
  • Comprehension of the intricate and rapidly changing financial landscape of a clearinghouse.
  • Prior involvement in settlement/delivery processes and familiarity with its various components.
  • Knowledge of securities and cash account reconciliations.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and personable.
