Position Overview
ABOUT THE SEEKER TEAM
The Seeker team is dedicated to transforming the home-finding experience into a delightful journey. We achieve this by developing a comprehensive platform that spans both web and mobile applications, guiding users seamlessly to their desired homes. Our structure is organized into Pillars that mirror the customer journey (Attract, Connect, Retain), with each pillar comprising several focused teams addressing specific customer challenges. This position reports to the Director of Product for the Connect Pillar.
Key Responsibilities
WE ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO WILL:
- Spearhead impactful advertising and revenue generation projects, collaborating closely with various teams to drive significant business outcomes;
- Utilize your commercial insight and product expertise to optimize the monetization of the B2C user experience and support our growth objectives;
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and performance indicators;
- Introduce innovative advertising and revenue solutions to the market, focusing on delivering them in their simplest form for early deployment;
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of your solutions through both quantitative and qualitative metrics, both during testing phases and post-launch;
- Regularly track and analyze key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to balance company revenue, user engagement, and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management;
- At least 2 years of experience with high-traffic products, particularly in advertising or related B2C revenue enhancement initiatives;
- Ability to articulate detailed concepts to engineers, shift focus to present the overarching idea to stakeholders, and then adjust again to discuss priorities with senior management;
- A strong desire to take ownership in a high-visibility role, comfortable with both hands-on tasks and leading cross-functional initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships effectively;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, and capable of working independently;
- A commercial mindset, with a solid understanding of business drivers and a focus on outcomes, complemented by a data-driven and analytical approach;
- Proficiency in English (C2 or native level).
