Role Overview

In line with our expansion, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Project Risk Management Specialist to become part of our delivery team in France.

The Project Risk Management Specialist will spearhead the formulation and execution of the risk management framework for the commission. You will serve as the primary liaison for all Risk Management activities throughout the program. Ideally, the candidate will possess experience in quantitative risk analysis related to both cost models and project timelines, and will be adept at presenting forecasts and outcomes to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the provision of Project/Risk Management Consultancy Services to major clients, particularly in the Clean Energy and decarbonization sectors;
  • Assist in managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications;
  • Ensure the generation of formal project risk reports;
  • Identify and discuss new business opportunities;
  • Develop and sustain client relationships;
  • Enhance delivery methodologies and client service offerings.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
  • Proven track record in delivering risk management for large-scale construction and/or energy projects;
  • Strong technical project management capabilities;
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to initiate both business development and project delivery activities;
  • Capability to identify and influence key decision-makers;
  • As the client relies on Turner & Townsend for risk management, it is crucial that the Project Risk Management Specialist can clearly articulate and present information in an easily comprehensible manner.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
