  • Establish partnerships with local organizations and professional experts, fostering a network of collaborative relationships.
  • Travel required within specific regions, with opportunities for remote work included in the schedule.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Training Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in adult education, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Autonomy and professionalism, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Knowledge of the early childhood or caregiving sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • Proficiency in survey tools and digital training platforms, with experience in training program development and implementation.
