Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Internal Accountant to enhance our Wealth Management Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare and file tax declarations
- Verify and reconcile invoices and commissions
- Oversee supplier payment processes
- Compile and prepare balance sheets
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Chief Financial Officer
- Report critical financial metrics in the CRM system
- Prepare and submit payroll information to the human resources department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and organizational capabilities
