Ce que l'on vous propose :
Imaginez-vous en tant que Chef de Produit Intégration Réseau et Sécurité chez Bouygues Telecom, maîtrisant toute la vie de nos solutions d'Achats/Reventes, depuis leur esquisse initiale jusqu'à leur déploiement effectif.
Vous serez le chef d'orchestre coordonnant une équipe multidisciplinaire entre développeurs, chefs de produit et experts en marketing, tous animés par un but commun : aligner les produits avec les aspirations et les objectifs de notre entreprise.
Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :
- Développer la gamme des produits/solutions Achats/Reventes de l'entreprise,
- Gérer ces produits, depuis l'idée jusqu'à l'implémentation,
- Assurer une veille du marché pour garantir la pertinence, la compétitivité et la rentabilité de nos produits/solutions,
- Planifier et conduire des campagnes de lancement réussies, avec l'appui des Business Developpers,
- Analyser les performances des produits/solutions grâce à des données précises et utiliser ces informations pour améliorer l'existant et concevoir de nouveaux produits,
- Surveiller les tendances du marché et les évolutions technologiques pour identifier des opportunités de croissance et anticiper d'éventuelles menaces.
Détail du Profil
A propos de vous :
- Vous êtes diplômé d'une formation Bac+5 type Ecole de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou Université.
- Vous possédez d'une expérience préalable d'au moins 5 ans en tant que Product Manager ou Product Owner Marketing dans le secteur des technologies ou des télécommunications.
- Vous avez démontré vos talents en matière de leadership, de gestion de projet, de prise de décision et d'analyse.
- Vous êtes doté d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous connaissez en profondeur le marché des télécommunications et des nouvelles technologies.
- Vous parlez couramment Anglais et Français.
- La connaissances des solutions Cisco, Fortinet ou Microsoft serait un plus pour votre profil.

La Rémunération :
En fonction de votre expérience, notre package de rémunération inclut un salaire fixe annuel versé sur 13,1 mois, un système d'intéressement et de participation, un PEE et un PERCOL abondés, des avantages proposés par le CSE ainsi que la possibilité de télétravailler 2 jours par semaine.
