Job Overview
As a Portfolio Manager within the Acquisition & Sponsor Finance (ASF) division, you will oversee and evaluate portfolio transactions across France and the EMEA region. Your role will involve providing insights on new financial transactions, including Sponsor Finance, Acquisition Finance, and Private Equity Fund Finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting annual reviews of counterparties and validating internal ratings (NIE);
- Assisting in the management of Waivers and Watchlist in collaboration with CBI and origination teams;
- Contributing to portfolio optimization by proposing selling facilities at competitive pricing;
- Preparing portfolio assessments for new transactions, focusing on transactional elements, profitability, and marketability/liquidity;
- Engaging in Quarterly Portfolio Reviews (QPR) alongside the ASF business.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis related to corporate or structured financing;
- Familiarity with LBO operations and acquisition financing;
- Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow modeling;
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and be recognized for their analytical and synthesis capabilities. Attributes such as rigor, reliability, and effective communication (both verbal and written) are essential.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
