Position Overview
We are eager to enhance our HR and Communication Department by welcoming a new apprentice. Could this be your opportunity?
Your Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Communication Manager, you will assist a team of three in the Communication department.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Assist in the execution and tracking of the CSR strategy (supporting the CSR steering committee; monitoring dashboards and action plans related to CSR...)
- Create and manage internal and external communication materials (print, video & digital), collaborating with our graphic design agency (message development, material creation, multichannel communication strategies).
- Coordinate the planning of internal and external events aimed at raising employee awareness and promoting our initiatives (such as SEDD, Digital Clean Up Day, QVCT Week, Digital Fresco, etc.)
- Oversee our partnerships with various organizations and our sponsorship initiatives (charitable entities, environmental advocacy groups, youth employment organizations, disability support organizations, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of non-financial reports.

Candidate Profile and Required Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business or communication school with a focus on CSR strategy or sustainable development. You are recognized for your initiative, independence, adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Your creativity and ability to generate ideas are valued. You possess strong writing skills and a solid background in event management, which will support the communication team on CSR-related topics. You are proficient in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, and have a foundational understanding of video recording and editing techniques.
