Job Description

Product Owner Senior

Join Talan, a leading international consulting and innovation group, as a Product Owner Senior. As a key member of our Excellence Functional team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-value projects for our industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client requirements are understood and translated into actionable product vision
  • Collect user needs and contribute to defining the product roadmap
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Write user stories and ensure their implementation
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum/Kanban methodology-based meetings
  • Coordinate testing and validate software quality
  • Pilot and monitor projects to ensure client, user, and team satisfaction
  • Support junior team members in their professional development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve
