About This Role

As an HR Business Partner at LFB, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic operations and talent management initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations HR, you will be responsible for leading the HR function for the LFB site in Arras, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the company's HR strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Design and implement HR strategies for business units, aligned with the company's HR strategy and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on HR policies and procedures, including talent management, development, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in HR operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Develop and track key HR metrics and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage the recruitment process.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR or Business Administration.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a process industry (pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, chemicals, automotive, aerospace, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
