About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Eurowest region, with a focus on the SIMULIA brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the Eurowest region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads and prospects, to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and prospects to showcase the value of our SIMULIA solutions.
  • Manage and negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing to ensure optimal revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complex sales, preferably in the digital solutions or simulation industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
