About the Role

As a Sales Representative for GrassRoots, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer loyalty for our automotive clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Providing sales training and support to ensure sales teams are equipped to meet their targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a commercial field (Bac +3 and above)
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (preferably)
