Drive Business Growth with HP's Channel Programs

HP is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the implementation of our Channel Programs in a designated geography and business area. As a key member of our Global Route-to-Market Center of Excellence, you will drive business value, create social value, and improve the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment of HP's Channel Programs and Digital Channel Transformation
  • Develop breakthrough partner strategy and business plans, including joint Digital Go-To-Market activities supported by Market Development Funds
  • Organize with key stakeholders the articulation and validation of Channel Partner execution plans that support country game plans
  • Support and coordinate the activities with Channel Sales Management, including compensation parameters, joint business plans, online business tracking, partner capabilities, partner communication, events, webinars, business reviews, and reporting
  • Advise COE stakeholders of local channel partner needs in the area of Channel Programs and ensure an accurate flow of information between the local channel ecosystem and the COE

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, sales, program management, and online communication experience
  • Strong digital skills, big data, and analytics skills
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
  • English fluency
