About the Role

We are expanding our Dev team and hiring experienced developers to contribute to the development of new features for our platform. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work within a team of 15 to lead and collaborate on product and app development, manage technical projects, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with your 4-person squad on product and app development
  • Manage technical projects and help develop new features on the SaaS
  • Implement best practices and participate in the design and deployment of the technical roadmap

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
  • Have professional experience in full-stack projects, ideally with Ruby on Rails and React, but also open to similar frameworks in MVC such as Django, Laravel, or Symfony, as well as Angular instead of React
  • Startup mindset and good communication skills with a professional level of English and fluent French
