To enhance the experience for our users and support the expansion of Doctolib, we are seeking a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver IT assistance to users, both on-site and remotely.
- Provide level 2 support for issues escalated by the service desk, collaborating closely to ensure timely resolutions with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Engage in remote collaboration with international teams and squads.
- Monitor and manage tickets escalated to other support departments (Security, Technical Services, etc.).
- Contribute to the evaluation of new IT equipment and the testing of new software applications.
- Prepare IT packages for onboarding new employees.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
- A degree in IT or a related field (BTS, BA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Familiarity with core systems and account management tools such as MS Azure AD and Google Gsuite/Workspace.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to synthesize information.
- Fluency in English is required.
