Job Overview
CS GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Climate and Sustainability Officer. This role will play a critical part in driving our social responsibility policies and projects, fostering sustainability and environmental thinking within the organization, and ensuring the implementation of our Green Agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with CS GROUP's business objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of the organization's environmental footprint, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to reduce our impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into our operations, supply chain, and product development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners, to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Design and implement internal and external communication plans to raise awareness about climate and sustainability issues, and promote CS GROUP's commitment to sustainability.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments, ensuring CS GROUP remains at the forefront of sustainability practices.
Requirements
- Masters degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business administration.
- Proven experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in office automation tools, including ESA 365 and data analysis software.
