About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Production Director to lead our French manufacturing plant.
Job Description
- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the plant, ensuring it meets production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Ongoing optimization of production processes and implementation of continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in plant management or a leadership role within the metal manufacturing or automotive production sectors.
- Proven ability to lead production targets to success, manage high-performing teams, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in modern manufacturing technologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- A deep understanding of the automotive industry and its production standards and regulations in Europe.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
