**Mission Details**:
Arkema, a major player in specialty chemistry, is recruiting for its head office in Colombes a Business Manager Energy Markets, Molecular Sieves.
- Located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92), Arkema France’s head office employs more than 800 people.
- The establishment brings together the Group’s functional divisions and most of its business units.
- Workshop 4.20, a design showroom entirely dedicated to our innovative solutions, was created to understand and experience our chemistry.- Reporting directly to the Director of BU Molecular sieves, you ensure that the Business objectives (volumes, margins, growth,...) are met while maintaining
- costs and working capital at appropriate levels.
- Energy markets (natural gas production, refining, petrochemicals, new energies) are strategic for Arkema’s Molecular Sieves.
- The Business Director Energy Markets is responsible for the activities and development of Oil & Gas and New Energies products and services.
- The sales are well balanced in the 3 regions: Europe, Americas and Asia.
- This position requires frequent travels to meet customers, internal teams, and trade shows.
- YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Responsible for global sales volumes, prices and margins, growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare the budget and assure monthly reporting
- Develop and implement the global growth strategy including new energy markets.
- In collaboration with the Technical Director, define and manage the product portfolio and R&D efforts associated with market growth.
- Define and manage the marketing of products and services and communication plans
- Directly lead the Technical and Project Manager and Sales team, supported by 2 Regional Managers in America and Asia
- Priorize the different customers and products in production to the supply chain

**Required Profile**:
With an engineering degree, MBA or Master’s in Chemical Engineering, you have at least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and technical functions in the oil and gas industry.
You have good organizational and management skills and the ability to work as a team and interact with various functions in a large organization.
You have direct management and matrix management experience and good financial base (including international)
The international dimension of the position requires proficiency English and French, and other languages skills are a plus.
