We are seeking a highly experienced Data Delivery Manager to join our BI consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale data projects.
Key Responsibilities- Champion the recommended application architectures proposed by our Data Solution Architects to achieve an optimal balance of cost, time, and quality.
- Support the Tech Lead in ensuring the correct application of chosen application architectures and technical delivery standards.
- Assist the Project Managers/ Product Owners in building the backlog to optimize team solicitation.
- Support the Release Train Engineer in controlling and optimizing team velocity.
- Monitor costs, quality, and timelines, and propose remediation plans.
- Support team management, evaluate team skills, and participate in new resource recruitment.
- Foster a culture of exceeding functional expectations, engagement, and industrialization within teams.
- Provide regular reporting on delivery status to the DSI Transformation Director.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 10 years of experience on large-scale data projects.
- Experience in data application architecture in a high-volume and/or complex calculation context (DataHub, Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning).
- Agile project methodology (SAFe).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in tools: NoSQL, DataLake (Databricks), ETL (Talend, Informatica…), Webservices (REST, SOAP…), Python, Spark, DevOps, Kafka.
- Rigor, organization, leadership, communication, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and curiosity.
