Job Summary:The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Country Finance Manager (CFM) and the global finance team. This includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Support the CFM in managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Collaborate with the SSC in Budapest to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide support for tax compliance and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
