About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, leading a team of commercial professionals, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or business development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
