Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trading EQD Consultant to join our dynamic Equity Derivatives Product Evolution Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting a major client upgrade project, analyzing issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze raised issues, suggest adequate solutions, or follow binary corrections on the equity module scope (including pricing, Murex Analytics, lifecycle, Livebook, performances) with dedicated teams.
  • Work closely with senior PES consultants who have been working on this account for years, ensuring a thorough understanding of client functionalities and products.
  • Be hands-on in analyzing issues found by the client team, particularly pricing and Greeks reconciliation.
  • Assist in building reduced test cases for binary corrections and work with development teams to debug, correct, and deliver fixes to the client.
  • Become the single point of contact for EQD with the client services team.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of issues to analyze and correct through bi-weekly coordination calls with the client services team and follow up on progress.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree from Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Murex Front Office experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Pricing, and Greeks reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with SQL scripting (perl, awk).
  • Familiarity with financial instruments representation and their lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with dynamic table and simulation view.
  • Possess experience gathering and analyzing requirements from users.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities, and manage business expectations.
  • Must be customer-driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and provide high-quality service to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
