Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant Intern in Japan. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our brand in the Japanese market.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing website localization to ensure a seamless customer experience in Japan.
- Support all marketing activities, including paid, social media, and influencer marketing, to promote Sézane in Japan.
- Research and stay up-to-date with current social media best practices and trends in the Japanese market.
- Conduct market research on the fashion landscape and competitors in Japan.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize online sales performance.
- Support the team on daily tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Fluent Japanese language skills are required for this role. English language is also necessary, and French language is a plus.
- Fast-learner and able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.
- Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Creative mind with a passion for fashion and brand development.
- Prior internships in the Japan fashion industry are a plus.
- Existing eligibility to work as an intern in France is strongly preferred.
This is a 6-month internship starting in January 2025, based in Paris. The successful candidate will collaborate with different stakeholders in the company to ensure a flawless localized customer experience.
