**About the Role**

The Technology, Media, and Telecomms (TMT) sector team at ING Wholesale Banking is a global specialist sector coverage team that provides banking services and complex financial solutions to companies in the EMEA region, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.

As a member of this team, you will work in a dynamic environment with interesting clients and on challenging transactions at the heart of the ING organization. The global TMT sector team consists of dedicated professionals located in various locations, and this role will be part of the team in Paris.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Building client relationships: Co-manage multi-product relationships coverage, build and grow business with French clients across all ING banking products and services.
  • New Deal Origination/Execution: Originate and/or participate in corporate and project financings related to all TMT technologies, including preparation of marketing/pitch material, pitching/structuring/underwriting/executing new transactions, and onboarding clients/borrowers.
  • Portfolio Management: Supervise the portfolio management team and support in case of significant events on the loan portfolio and distressed/provisioned credits.
  • Way of Working: Collaborate with clients, prospects, banks, technical and legal advisors, and internal departments such as Credit Risk Management, Legal, compliance, Operations, and Sustainability.

**Requirements**

  • University/Business school master's degree in economics/finance, and/or CFA or equivalent academics.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in TMT transactions.
  • Mastering of French and English.
  • Team player, self-motivated, high-quality/high-quantity producer, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines, and to swiftly identify key issues and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong Excel skills, and ability to independently work on financial debt projection models, fundamental understanding of key financial markets and products.
  • Knowledge of French TMT market environment is a must.
