Job Title: VP, Technology, Media, Telecomms

ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Technology, Media, and Telecomms (TMT) sector team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across the TMT value chain, originating and executing complex financial transactions, and providing expert advice on financial markets and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients across the TMT value chain, including telecommunication, media, entertainment, and technology companies.
  • Originating and executing complex financial transactions, including corporate and project financings, debt capital markets, and transactions services.
  • Providing expert advice on financial markets and products, including risk/reward analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Supervising the portfolio management team and supporting in case of significant events on the loan portfolio and distressed/provisioned credits.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as Credit Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Sustainability, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in TMT transactions.
  • Mastering of French and English languages.
  • Team player, self-motivated, high-quality/high-quantity producer, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong Excel skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of key financial markets and products.
