Job Title: Software Project Manager - Client Delivery Lead

Join Octopus Energy, a leading technology company in the energy sector, as a Software Project Manager - Client Delivery Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, prioritizing operations product roadmaps, and driving technological and process innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and be the primary contact for tech development and issue resolution
  • Triage requests and communicate client priorities to the development team
  • Summarize and articulate client needs and timelines internally
  • Support clients in meeting business needs through technology delivery
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver product features
  • Align client direction with Kraken's goals and infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Strong agile delivery experience
  • Experience of product management and customer journeys
  • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
  • Excellent communications, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
  • Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
  • Patience and initiative - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding
  • Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Fluent English + French required
