Event Instructor on Public Space

The Event Instructor on Public Space position is a key role within the Nantes Metropole organization, reporting directly to the Service Coordination Manifestations Espace Public team leader.
Key Responsibilities- Instruction and Coordination: Provide guidance and support to event organizers and stakeholders in preparing and submitting manifestation declarations.
- Documentation and Communication: Draft and finalize municipal and metropolitan ordinances, as well as correspondence and meeting reports.
- Event Planning and Management: Participate in pre-event meetings with event organizers and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Accompaniment and Support: Assist event organizers and stakeholders in developing manifestation dossiers, and provide guidance on safety protocols.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Track press reviews and participate in debriefing sessions to ensure event success.
- Knowledge of Municipal Powers and Regulations: Possess a deep understanding of the mayor's police powers, manifestation regulations, and applicable safety protocols.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
