International Mobility Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Mobility Officer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of international mobility, ensuring seamless transitions for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation and submission of administrative documents for employees on international assignments, including contract amendments and letters of extension.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and dashboards using our HR software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of employee departures and returns, including affiliation and disaffiliation with social security, health insurance, and pension plans.
- Manage the expatriation package and track expenses for each employee, in line with detachment agreements and company policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of mobility procedures and internal country guides, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to provide support and guidance on international mobility matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international mobility management, with a strong understanding of labor laws, social security, and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR software, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
- Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of business terminology.
