Job Title: Team Leader - Butchery Department

At UNION DES MOUSQUETAIRES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Butchery Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 60 employees and coordinating production activities to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 60 employees in the butchery department
  • Coordinate production activities to meet client requirements
  • Adjust production line settings
  • Communicate with management and other departments
  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene procedures
  • Implement improvement actions related to management and production
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a technical or managerial background in the food industry, preferably in meat processing. You should be proactive and decisive, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
