Coty is seeking a highly skilled Manager Packaging Development to lead the development of innovative packaging solutions for our beauty products. As a key member of our R&D Packaging team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of packaging solutions that meet our brand's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of packaging solutions that meet our brand's aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D Formula, and Procurement, to ensure packaging solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement packaging solutions that are sustainable, cost-effective, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage the development of packaging prototypes, including design, testing, and validation.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure packaging solutions are produced to our quality standards.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as packaging, chemistry, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of leading packaging development projects from design to in-market delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in packaging design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
