Become a key player in our international recruitment strategy and help shape the future of our global talent acquisition hub.

Your Mission:
  • Develop and implement direct approach strategies for our overseas offices.
  • Lead the recruitment process from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Act as the primary contact for international executives, highlighting and tracking candidates, and implementing the recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and retain top talent.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of an international division within the department.
Evolution and Ambition:

In the near term, our goal is to establish a global hub for talent acquisition, supporting our international agencies.

As part of this exciting initiative, you will be entrusted with building and leading a Talent Acquisition team from the ground up at our Levallois-Perret office, driving the evolution, consolidation, and enhancement of our international recruitment processes.

This strategic role offers a unique opportunity for growth, potentially evolving into a leadership position within our global talent acquisition hub.

Desired Profile:
  • Master's degree (BAC+5) with a strong interest in headhunting and business strategy.
  • At least 4 years of experience in headhunting for business and executive roles.
  • International mindset and bilingual in English are mandatory.
  • Dynamic, persistent, and with a strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
