Join Our Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Airalo. As a key member of our Growth and Partnerships teams, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales talent across APAC, Arabia, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top sales talent
  • Negotiate and extend compelling offers that align with compensation benchmarks
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and leverage data insights to continuously improve recruitment processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and CRM systems
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive candidate and business information
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and how they influence recruitment and team-building
