We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our Compliance Global Markets team, you will play a critical role in providing expert compliance advice and guidance to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide objective and independent advice to business stakeholders on compliance risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer expert guidance on risk and control management activities, including risk assessments, control monitoring, and risk management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Regulatory Affairs matters, supporting regulatory engagements and developments.
  • Deliver implementable policies and support business stakeholders with implementation and monitoring.
  • Develop and deliver regular training and awareness sessions on compliance matters.
  • Support the development of a compliance and conduct culture within the organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (minimum 5-7 years) in Compliance or Legal roles.
  • High level of knowledge of French and European legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in overseeing compliance risk as a risk steward.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills (French and English).
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with executives at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a matrixed environment.
