Le/la Senior Manager RGM Promotion a pour missions d'élaborer, coordonner et déployer les réflexions de stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise pour garantir sa profitabilité en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, afin d'atteindre les objectifs financiers.

Responsabilités principales
  • Pilotage de l'activité promotionnelle : budget, volume, pression promotionnelle
  • Analyse de l'efficacité et de la rentabilité de la promotion, pour contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie promotionnelle (ABP) et proposer des plans d'actions correctifs
  • Accompagnement des équipes commerciales dans la mise en place de la stratégie promotionnelle de chaque circuit par marque / pack / segment, afin de soutenir les objectifs clés des marques et des clients
  • Pilotage de la transformation de la promotion et des investissements pour soutenir les ambitions de développement des parts de marché de chaque marque.
Profil
  • Expérience dans l'univers des biens de grande consommation et/ou de la grande distribution, où vous avez pu acquérir durant cette période une expérience commerciale, financière et/ou stratégique.
  • De formation supérieure type école de commerce / ingénieur.

  • Forte compétence analytique
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais

  • Gérer la complexité et l'ambiguïté : s'adapter rapidement malgré le manque d'informations ou la complexité d'une situation
