About the Role

As an Urban Development Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cities. You'll lead and manage complex projects for both public and private clients, encompassing a wide range of urban development initiatives such as road construction, ZAC area development, and eco-district planning.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive preliminary studies and mission studies to define project scope and objectives.
  • Lead the design process, ensuring the creation of detailed general studies that encompass all aspects of the project, including constraints identification, layout planning, geometry, hydraulic functioning, sanitation, dry networks, equipment selection, and cost estimates.
  • Supervise and guide a team of technicians or engineers responsible for producing technical drawings, written documentation, measurements, and financial estimates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee construction projects from the VISA phase to GPA, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Actively participate in project management activities, including cost control, schedule adherence, and technical quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling proposals for urban development projects.

Your Profile:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning and possess a minimum of 6 years of experience managing similar master projects. Your expertise extends to AMO missions, and you are well-versed in the intricacies of urban development projects.
