We are seeking a Commercial Manager for Electrical Projects to join our team of employees across multiple countries, including France. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving energy transition and contributing to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize project portfolio management to maximize revenue and profitability
- Prepare comprehensive consultation responses, including estimates and technical data, to secure new business opportunities
- Manage profit margins based on delegations and ensure accurate financial forecasting
- Present proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our electrical services
- Analyze projects for technical and financial risks and opportunities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Track project indicators with the support of a financial controller, ensuring seamless project execution
- Set financial goals and forecasts for your team, driving business growth and development
- Participate in management meetings, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Ensure contract management in coordination with the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Apply project processes with your team, including planning and preparation, to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and motivate your teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Coordinate study and construction teams for successful project delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
Requirements:
- Engineering or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in managing commercial projects, with a proven track record of success
- Regular site visits required, with a valid driver's license
