Le Senior Multi-Site Facilities Operations Manager sera responsable de la gestion des opérations sur plusieurs sites, supervisant un portefeuille diversifié de services d'infrastructure.
Le budget associé à cette fonction est estimé entre 20 et 25 millions d'euros.
Ce poste implique la direction de l'implémentation et du respect des contrats de gestion intégrée des installations (IFM) pour le client sur tous les sites sous sa responsabilité. Le candidat sera en charge de plusieurs emplacements clients, offrant une gamme complète de services d'infrastructure à chaque site.
Le portefeuille comprend 18 sites en France, principalement des installations de production dans le secteur pharmaceutique, avec des superficies variant de 9 000 m² à des milliers de mètres carrés. Ces sites sont soutenus par des gestionnaires d'installations, des directeurs techniques, des coordinateurs techniques et des équipes de services auxiliaires, ainsi que par le personnel des fournisseurs.
Responsabilités principales :- Gérer les budgets des clients locaux et de l'entreprise, en signalant toute anomalie.
- Surveiller et administrer les services, en fournissant des rapports mensuels à l'équipe de direction.
- Garantir la satisfaction des clients en respectant les accords de niveau de service (SLA) et en maintenant des normes de prestation de services acceptables.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations légales, de santé, de sécurité et environnementales pour les clients et l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projets pour une exécution intégrée des services et des projets.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de service à la clientèle pour les sites sous sa responsabilité.
- Établir des relations de partenariat avec les clients clés sur chaque site.
- Favoriser la collaboration entre les équipes de service sur site, l'entreprise et les partenaires fournisseurs.
- Suivre les directives régionales et nationales tout en mettant en place une gouvernance locale.
- Organiser et planifier les activités des équipes sur site pour optimiser les ressources humaines et matérielles.
- Promouvoir les valeurs de l'entreprise au sein de l'équipe.
- Assurer la conformité avec toutes les procédures internes concernant les employés.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sûr dans les domaines de responsabilité.
- Mettre en œuvre des plans de prévention, des plans de continuité des activités et des plans d'urgence.
- Participer à la gestion des incidents et à la planification de la continuité des opérations.
Expérience : Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes de plus de 10 personnes et de budgets supérieurs à 10 millions d'euros, de préférence dans le secteur de l'immobilier d'entreprise et la gestion des installations, ou dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
Compétences requises :
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les budgets et à comprendre les indicateurs financiers opérationnels.
- Connaissances techniques sur les infrastructures majeures telles que le chauffage, la ventilation et la climatisation (CVC), ainsi que les systèmes électriques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec une attitude positive envers les clients et les collègues.
- Engagement envers le développement professionnel et personnel continu.
- Sens aigu des affaires et des finances dans un contexte opérationnel.
- Capacité à travailler en tant que membre d'une équipe intégrée.
- Compétences en communication orale.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum).
