Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Ecully site. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our on-site teams, visitors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal budget utilization.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance on-site well-being and dynamic.
  • Coordinate with condominium management and business park providers.
  • Oversee mail and deliveries, including contractual relations with service providers.
  • Provide administrative and translation support to teams.
Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Ensure logistics for on-site and off-site events.
  • Coordinate with hotels and prepare necessary documentation for visitor arrivals.
Safety Requirements:
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage declarations and audits related to our activity.
  • Welcome visitors and manage access to premises.
Requirements:
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good level of English (another language is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or administrative support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM or Qualiopi regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
