About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company specializing in freight logistics, seeking a Deputy Country Manager to be based in Casablanca to develop local and strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new or revise current procedures and processes in all operations.
- Analyze and implement process flow improvements, including capabilities for growth.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company and all its departments.
- Recommend optimal production solutions and equipment needs.
- Contribute to the employment, deployment, and training of staff.
- Participate in customer entertainment activities and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a country manager or business area manager.
- Bilingual in English/French and intermediate level of Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills, with a strong focus on objectives.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
