Energy Efficiency Specialist

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a more sustainable future for transportation. As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing innovative solutions to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in our train operations and system maintenance projects.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement energy efficiency processes and tools within our Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) entity.
- Define and deploy energy efficiency roadmaps for TOSM projects.
- Identify and deploy best practices and innovative solutions to optimize energy consumption on TOSM projects.
- Develop solutions to decrease energy consumption on current or future TOSM projects.
- Develop ISO 50001 audit services for TOSM projects.
- Lead a proof-of-concept project to implement an energy monitoring system in an urban rail premise.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of energy management and energy efficiency for electrical systems.
- Experience with energy metering and energy management systems.
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively, creatively, and analytically.
- Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
- Resilience and ability to deliver operationally in a demanding and changing environment.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Ability to handle financial data and business cases.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English.
