Role SummaryThe Regional Compliance Manager will oversee adherence to regulations concerning anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and international sanctions for Indosuez Wealth Management. This position necessitates collaboration with various stakeholders and Compliance teams to establish and execute robust compliance policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities- Oversee the local compliance framework addressing Financial Crime matters
- Advise on branch operations and high-risk transactions
- Ensure comprehensive management of Sanctions and LAB-FT risks
- Formulate and uphold policies to avert compliance breaches
- Evaluate risks associated with non-compliance to financial regulations
- Prepare compliance reports for executive review
- Communicate regulatory obligations to operational units
- Continuously evaluate risks and mitigating controls within business units
- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Audit, or Financial Security
- 6-10 years of professional experience in Compliance, Financial Security, or Audit
- Extensive experience in Financial Crime Compliance
- International exposure is advantageous
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills
