Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Partner Controlling Specialist to be based in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality consulting and insight-related services to support business decision making. This role will interact with different levels of the organization, including Expert Hubs, other Business Partner teams, and related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning and analytical-based business proposals to support commercial steering and strategic activities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the business model, products, market, and customer dynamics for the legal entities under your responsibility.
- Support business leaders on country and regional levels with implementing and executing business operative and strategic targets.
- Pilot enhancements to business processes within the country of responsibility.
- Manage cross-functional interfaces and trigger permanent improvement of controlling activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar.
- Several years of proven professional experience in the field of controlling and product cost controlling, preferably in an international environment.
- Business knowledge in the agriculture industry is a plus.
- Ability to drive operational excellence in a changing environment.
- Experience in financial analysis and tracking business performance.
- Experience in managing intercompany relationships.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills is a plus.
- Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, SAP, Business Warehouse).
- Excellent command of local language and English (written and spoken).
