Business Partner Controller

KWS SAAT SE is currently seeking a Business Partner Controller based in France.
This is a full-time position with an indefinite contract, offering the possibility of hybrid work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for company stakeholders at the legal entity level, ensuring top-quality consulting, information, and knowledge services.
- Develop business proposals based on financial planning and analysis to support commercial management and strategic activities, including sales analysis and key performance indicator management.
- Utilize functional controlling knowledge to possess or develop an understanding of the company's business model, products, market, and customer dynamics of the legal entities under your responsibility.
- Support national and regional business leaders in implementing and executing the company's operational and strategic objectives.
- Drive business process improvements in the country.
- Manage interfaces and trigger continuous improvements in controlling activities.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability in analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a general management attitude.
- Desire to engage in understanding the business.
- Understanding of intercultural relationships.
- Good presentation skills.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in Economics, Business School, or equivalent.
- Several years of proven professional experience in controlling and product cost control, preferably in an international environment.
- Business knowledge in the agricultural industry is a plus.
- Ability to promote operational excellence (analytical skills and problem-solving) in a changing environment.
- Experience in financial analysis and monitoring of commercial performance.
- Experience in inter-company relationship management.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills are a plus.
- Experience in relevant computer systems (Microsoft, SAP, Business Warehouse).
- Excellent command of French and English (written and oral).
