The OECD is seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Advisor to join its Directorate for Legal Affairs. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the Organisation's activities, with a focus on administrative matters related to financing arrangements and grants.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal analysis and drafting skills, as well as strong organisational and diplomatic sensitivity. They will work under the supervision of the Head of Unit and be responsible for reviewing financing arrangements, providing legal guidance, and drafting legal opinions and documents.
The successful candidate will also participate in meetings and consultations with internal stakeholders and external counterparts, and maintain organised records and documentation of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities- Review financing arrangements and provide assistance with negotiations of their terms and conditions.
- Provide legal guidance on the interpretation and application of OECD internal rules.
- Carry out research and analysis relating to legal topics.
